What is phishing Spam?

Phishing Spam is an act of getting someone into providing private information such as credit card numbers, bank account information..etc. through email, pop-up messages and websites that appear to be legitimate.

How to protect yourself from phishing spam?

a) Don’t reply to emails asking for personal or financial information
b) Use an antivirus and firewall software
c) Don’t email personal or financial information
d) Be careful of downloading any attachments or files from emails
e) Don’t follow links in emails.
