How to deal with Bad Boss

It everyone wishes that they have good and understanding bosses but in reality it seldom happens or will never happen. What if you end up working with a BAD boss? What will you do to manage the situation? How do you cope with your job working under him? You feel like cursing him almost daily. You stress your self trying to find solutions but in the end you get tired, frustrated and annoyed. Human is the most difficult to deal with. So stop thinking and carry on with your job. Do follow the steps below and if you still feel the problem is unbearable, quit your job and find another.

Here are the tips to cope with Bad boss.

a) Learn to accept your boss’s power and authority over you – even if used unfairly. Some boss have attitude problem, egoistic, too proud and there is nothing you can do to change that. They are born with the handicap.
b) Don’t keep wishing your boss were different. Put your energy elsewhere. Divert your energy to do something useful.
c) Stop Looking for approval. Create your own strong sense of self – so negative feedback doesn’t define you. Always think positive.
d) Do you very best regardless of the appreciation received. Have pride in doing your job.
e) Clarify job responsibilities, your boss’s expectations, and then fulfill them. Doing this will Minimize errors.
f) Confer regularly. Discuss your performance and the criteria by which you’re evaluated.
g) View yourself objectively from your boss’s perspective.
h) For self-satisfaction, set your own standards. Follow them – unless they conflict with the management’s.
i) Set the tone. Model desired behavior. Be courteous, co-operative and respectful.
j) Show you value your boss’s opinion.
k) Gently, tactfully, suggest you respond best to positive feedback.
l) Acknowledge, then release your anger – but not at your boss.
m) Pretend telling your boss exactly how you feel.
n) Confide in a friend – off the job.
o) Cease playing victim – build your self esteem. Your boss will step back more often.
p) Build a support network of allies, mentors and friends.
q) Find something to give you affirmation and praise.
r) When feeling trapped, imagine working elsewhere (so you don’t feel stress).
s) Think of at least 10 or more new alternatives and be persisting.
t) And lastly, WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS, QUIT YOUR JOB.

On second thought, I take back what I typed about the boss. Me and Ihatemyboss deserve a big "Screw you!" to our faces because we're whiny, mental, and self-righteous hypocrites who have nothing better to do with our lives.

Some people are strange and may be there are few short circuit up in their brains...picture yourself in the mirror and ask yourself are you really insane or just playing stupid...just to get attention...childish...grow up will you...you want a lolly pop? lol...
