This is an ad (at the road side)which I was happened to capture with my hand phone camera when I parked my car near the shop that I stop by for a cup of coffee. The company claims that the medicine is in a form of gel and it can transform your manhood into much larger, harder, rough and longer for self sexual satisfaction. The banner also used catchy sentences; “Do You Want to Be Superman?". But are these medicine safe? does it really work? What are the side effect?
